In September 2024, the median sale price of a home in Alameda County fell by $250 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 15.1%.
In July, the median sale price of a home in Alameda County rose by $87,500 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 5.3%.
