Of the 5,873 people living in Mayflower Village CDP in 2019, 53.4 percent (3,135) were women and 46.6 percent (2,738) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Oakland City Wire.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,851-to-1,848. In the 65 and over age range, there were 648 females and 434 males.
