The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Barbara Lee, Barbara Lee for Congress, refunded $25 to Theodosia H. Ferguson on May 18, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Barbara Lee for Congress refunded $2,777 total since December 1, 2019.
