On Monday, March 24, former Bishop O'Dowd High School standout Amaya Bonner’s current collegiate team the Florida State Seminoles lost 101-71 against the LSU Lady Tigers in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Pete Maravich Assembly Center, this was the first game against the LSU Lady Tigers during the championship.

Amaya Bonner’s hometown is Fremont and game position is guard.
