Of the 1,672 people living in Leona Valley CDP in 2020, 47.4 percent (793) were women and 52.6 percent (879) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Oakland City Wire.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 59. In the 65 and over age range, there were 199 females and 252 males.
