City of Arcadia issued the following announcement on Dec 28.
Waste Management (WM) continues to experience staffing shortages due to COVID-19 impacts. As a result, WM has implemented a temporary change from weekly to bi-weekly collection of recycling and greenwaste in Arcadia starting Wednesday, December 30th. WM expresses its appreciation for your understanding during this difficult time.
Below is the temporary service schedule which will continue until further notice:
- December 30th – Trash and recycling carts only
- January 6th – Trash and greenwaste carts only
- January 13th – Trash and recycling carts only
- January 20th – Trash and greenwaste carts only
